When choosing stone, it’s important to assess its value and authenticity. You may be able to find inexpensive stone, but it may not have the highest quality or beauty; you can also find expensive stone that, although it has decent quality, isn’t as good as it should be. Both of these would result in low value. At Slabworks of Montana, we work hard to provide you real stone with real value.
How do we do it?
We go straight from quarry to countertop. Unlike other companies, we don’t work with distributors, which means prices are not marked up in the process. Instead, we go straight to the source, select our stone and have it cut, then delivered to Bozeman in bulk, and then we fabricate and install pieces ourselves.
Why is visiting the quarry important?
It is important to see the stone and assess the quality before making the purchase and transporting it back to Bozeman. This allows us to make sure that we are offering only the best, most beautiful stone to our customers.
Where can I see the stone?
We have hundreds of stone slabs in stock for you to view, so you can choose the stone that best complements your project. Our stone is brought in bundles of 5 to 8 slabs of matched stone to help ensure color accuracy, as well as allow for faster fabrication (with no need to wait on matching materials).
You can visit our showroom at 110 Central Ave, Unit 1 in Bozeman. If you have any questions prior to visiting, you can also give us a call at 406-522-9001. We are open Monday–Friday from 7:30am–4:30pm, and Saturday by appointment.
